LIIT stands for Low Impact Interval Training.
Our concept is designed to make working out accessible for everybody, taking away any high-impact movements.
The sessions are mat-based inspired by pilates and functional movements, with some sessions incorporating weights and resistance bands into the routine.
Whether you are returning back to training perhaps from an injury, a complete newbie to the gym, or simply prefer a low-impact option without compromise, we are here to guide you to make the most of your session.
